Cookies combines federated public-data research with private searches across local TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, and HTML files. Public, private, and combined results are presented with provenance labels, filters, and cited cross-source explanations.
Private files remain in browser memory and are never uploaded. Saved queries, monitored topics, and collected records are session-only and clear when the page is refreshed or closed.
